Why the Pocket Knife matters

The pocket knife is a grab-escape knife: when Michael grabs you, it breaks you free almost instantly, one time. Grabs — not attacks — are how most civilians die, which is why Michael players compare these knives to Dead by Daylight's Decisive Strike. Spawning with one every match, for free, from the starting-item slot most players never open, is the best insurance the loadout system sells.

Her own kit

Beyond the unlock, Lynda's stat card and personal traits haven't been read on screen. Until they are, play her as a flex pick with a purpose: ten levels of ordinary matches, in exchange for a permanent account-wide edge.

The path to 10

Nothing fancy — interactions and rescues generate match levels, and match play feeds account progression. Warn residents, work objectives, stay alive late (the opening playbook applies to her like anyone). The unlock is the point; the matches are the road.
